Inspired by the works and ideology of Le Corbusier, Tessa lace was constructed to carry forward the legacy and maintain the integrity of commercial and institutional complexes in the city, as envisioned by the infamous architect. The tessellated facade is constructed with repetitions of polygonal shapes, leaving voids in between. That has been homogeneously tied together with white MS flat membranes filling up some polygonal gaps. The abstract shape is designed by grouping the shapes at acute angles, stretching in all directions, and maintaining the dignity and uniqueness of the structure in the area compared to the other commercial buildings in the locality.
